By purchasing and downloading our images, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them for your own personal purposes unless otherwise specified. You may not resell, redistribute, share, claim ownership of, or use these images to create competing products. Commercial use is prohibited without prior written permission. All images remain the copyright of the photographer. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and refunds are not available once files have been downloaded.

Image Licensing (commercial)
Your purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the purchased image(s) in business, marketing, advertising, websites, social media, print materials, and other commercial projects. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or provide the original image files to third parties, or claim the images as your own work. This license does not grant exclusive rights or transfer copyright, which remains with the photographer. Unless otherwise stated, the images may not be used in products for resale (such as stock libraries, print-on-demand merchandise, templates, or digital downloads) without prior written permission. All sales of digital products are final.
